The men were beyond creepy and disturbing. While walking through the casino heading towards the restaurant myself and my daughters who are young children were looked at like pieces of meat. We didn’t even make it to the restaurant after walking through the doors of the casino. Someone at the hotel we were staying suggested we head to the casino to have lovely dinner. We arrived in Corning yesterday evening, after driving for 8 hours everyone was hungry and tired. The rugs are spotted and worn, the wall paper is peeling, the AC is wonky.

Due to COVID there is no daily service so I took my used towels out to the hall and asked for 3 bath towels - they literally asked me why did I need 3 bath towels? Was it really necessary to justify our personal use of towels? I've never encountered such strange cleaning staff. Why couldn't they bring them? I've never seen a king bed with less than 4 pillows - you need them to sit up and watch TV. I asked the room cleaners for two more and they told me to go to the front desk and ask. There was no lotion either, so we went to a local drug store and bought both. The bottle was hard plastic and it was it impossible to squeeze soap out of it with arthritic hands. I asked the front desk for some and she handed me a small bottle of shower gel - the shipment of soap didn't come in. There was no soap at the bathroom sink for hand washing. The employees come in and out off a door right across the hall continually with no sound blockage at all. These two rooms are right by the lobby front desk so the noise coming from the employees and guests is never ending. We stayed two nights at the Inn in room 101 due to PG&E turning off our home power during the fires.
